Karma is a well-known concept in Indian philosophy, and much has been written on the subject. However, when it comes to the application of the concept in personal and professional life, one tends to align with personal and professional goals that may or may not align with the Karma theory. This paper attempts to explore the essence of Karma and the application of the same in contemporary times. Kaliyuga has a different management ethos; the bane or boon is decided by the wealth and assets one possesses. Satisfaction and happiness, at times, become the last priority, yet both remain highly relevant in our social and professional spheres. Management concepts of modern times attempt to seek profits for individuals and organisations, and they all work on win-win impressions. The paper will attempt to envision Karma theory in contemporary times.
